Q: What are EASE’s rates?
A: You can use EASE on a retainer contract or per-project basis. Clients who employ us on a monthly retainer are guaranteed a premium rate. For clients who are not on a monthly contract, hourly rates vary from $30 to $45 per hour with a two (2) hour minimum. Additional fees will be charged for services delivered on weekends or after hours. Out of pocket expenses will be billed at cost and include copies of the receipt

Q: When can I use EASE for help?
A: We are available to work on your projects weekdays from Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After-hour and weekend projects are available; however additional charges will apply. After hours and weekends require advance notice.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Payments can be made by cash, checks from local banks, or debit card or major credit cards via the Payment box provided below. (The amount entered into the box would be the amount agreed upon with EASE for You.)
Q: When do I have to pay for services?
A: Payments are required at the close-of-business when projects have been completed unless other arrangements have been made.
Q: What if I need something not listed among your services?
A: We are here to help! Let us know what project you need tackled and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Q: Do you offer gift certificates?
A: Yes! They’re a thoughtful way to express your support for a friend, colleague or family member who needs extra hands — such as a caregiver, new mother or bride-to-be. They also make perfect get-well or birthday gifts.
